1Frustrating book!  Oct 27, 2007
Ok, I found this book very frustrating because 9 times out of 10, when I was trying to relay something to our Spanish speaking maid, what I was trying to tell her was not in the book. It covers some VERY BASIC phrases and that is it. It does not even tell you how to tell them you want something ironed. And the dictionary that is included in it is totally useless, it doesn't contain any helpful words when dealing with a housekeeper, which unless I am wrong, it should. I finally gave up and threw the book away.
