Entertaining with Ease

I think the following paragraph could be used: My expertise on this subject comes from a strong background in culinary arts and entertaining. As the daughter of a chef, I learned early about the value of careful preparation, proper nutrition, and dramatic presentation. Later in my life, I turned these skills to raising five children of my own, entertaining business associates, friends, and throwing much-talked about soirees in the gulf-side resort of Naples, Florida. I have practiced my skills in Europe and Central America, which has added a multi-cultural dimension to my culinary art. In 1992 I opened a successful pasta factory in a "rice-and-beans" country on Ambergris Caye, Belize.
