Federal Drug company Agents: The Federal Prosecution of a Patient Advocate

2001- Dr. Joseph Rudolph, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania physician, creates the Physician Medicine Assist Program, a national community service funded by Dr. Rudolph to help patients obtain free, low cost and discounted prescription medications. 2006 - Compassion is declared a crime. U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pa, Mary Beth Buchanan, indicts Dr. Rudolph for the Unlicensed Wholesale Distribution of Prescription Medications. Federal Drug company Agents; The Federal Prosecution of a Patient Advocate exposes the Bush Administration's absolute protectionism of Pharmaceutical Company profits. Federal agents from the FDA hide documents, make false statements and lie under oath to stop Dr. Rudolph in his mission. FDA agents destroy hundreds of thousands of dollars of cancer medications for Katrina victims, migrant workers, and patients in Appalachia. Can Dr. Rudolph defend himself against the combined power and resources of the pharmaceutical industry and the Bush Administration?

5Government & Business corruption  Jul 28, 2007
By John Brich
This book describes the plight of a single practice doctor, and how he attempted to provide cheaper prescription coverage to patients. It showed, with documentation how every attempt was made to silence the doctor and eliminate cheaper coverage. Excellent saga with unfortunate endings. A must read for everyone.
