Finger Yoga: How to heal yourself with Finger Yoga

Good book for people interested in finger yoga. There aren't many books out there on the subject. The photos are clear, and the explanations are straightforward. Unfortunately, the author didn't have a good proofreader and the text is replete with typos and misspellings which detract from an otherwise good book.
