Foreign Relations: A Comic Guide to Thai Ladies

Foreign Relations is the definitive comic relief for those suffering from "Thai Fever." It was written "tongue in cheek" to provide invaluable insight in these unique foreign affairs without the drama or seriousness of other books in this genre. I want the reader to laugh out loud the way I have at my own follies, as well as those of my friends who for years have enjoyed the endless pursuit of tantalizing smiles, in the land of smiles

5cleverly the truth  Oct 18, 2007

Foreign relations to be sure. The cover art is just the beginning of a well illustrated comic guide to the recklessness and misadventures of older boys looking to fulfill their sexual fantacies in Thailand. This book is fun, easy to read, and to-the-heart-of-the-matter informative. Anyone who has experienced this side of the Thailand adventure will chuckle their way through it, and realize the folly of their own misadventures. I strongly recommend this as a guide for any man traveling to Thailand for the first time. The maps at the end of the book will help get you into tantalizing trouble, and the Thai phrases will, hopefully, help you get out of it while still keeping both your wits and your wallet.

5Candid and gets it right. Invaluable and funny  Oct 09, 2007
By Simo Hayha "Customer"
This clever, funny read gets it right. Unlike other books about misbehavior in Thailand, Foreign Relations is straight to the point in a humorous and satirical way. The pictures tell you everything while the words keep you laughing. The book isn't filled with sexploitation or apology; instead you get a candid insight into "the sensuous and mysterious Thai woman."

1Not so good  Aug 14, 2008
By T. Haseltine
I've traveled the world and visited SE Asia several times. Unfortunately, the book (in my opinion) was poorly written and illustrated and just not that humorous. Had it been worthy, I intended to share with a friend who
has traveled to Thailand many times. Instead, I ended up throwing the book away. Everyone has a different
opinion, I'm sure, but it wasn't my kind of book...it seemed rather amateurish. But to each his/her own!

5A must for traveling men  Sep 06, 2008

5A Must Read for Any Thailand Newbie !!!  Aug 13, 2008
By Samuel C. Steinfield
If you are going to Thailand for the first time, you owe it to yourself to buy this book. It is true you can go to many free forums on the Internet and get similar information. However, this is the best book I have seen for explaining Thai/Westerner relationships for first-timers to the Land of Smiles. This book will save you many headaches and culture shock. Think about it, would you rather spend $20 for a book or potentially lose all or most of your money to a relationship gone bad?
