Easy to read and comprehensive in content Nov 17, 2006
By madeleineboerma I have enjoyed reading the book and will enjoy using its content even more. It is easy to read and comprehensive in content. Every relevant aspect of running a contact centre is addressed with sufficient and practical levels of detail to get started on improving one's own centre right away. If you wonder, like I did, how raindrops relate to contact centres, it is a must read.

The conversational approach makes it easily accessible and an engaging read.
