Excellent and very insightful book Jan 06, 2011

I was so impressed with this book that I felt I had to give a review even though this is the first review I have ever given. If you are a prideful person, an egocentric, or a self-centered person you probably won't care much for this book. But if you are a person that cares about the closeness of your relationship with God and the quality that relationship will be for all of eternity, then I would rate this book by far as the simplest, clearest, most insightful & discerning book that I have ever read. And I have read a lot of great books.

Thank You to God for revealing Yourself to us through this book. Retha McPherson shares her life and her families journey with God in a simple, yet amazing way. An easy read, but one that quietly challenges the reader to much reflection. If you want to deepen your intimacy with Jesus, this book is for you. If you want to be inspired, this book is for you. If you want to experience a change in your walk with God... this book will help you draw closer. Retha and Aldo experience the Glory of God. It is wonderful and very frank. You will understand the pain as well as the joy. It is truely life changing.

This book is even better than the first one and that is saying a lot, as one person already said in the comments. I want amazon to carry her next book, A Message of Hope. I can't wait to read it. I have been drawn nearer to Jesus by reading this book. I know God meant for me to find these books, because they are exactly what I needed and was looking for. Thank you Retha and Aldo. Thank you Retha and Aldo for sharing your story. It was by divine intervention that I discovered your books. My relationship with the Lord is growing by leaps and bounds while reading this book. I will never be the same again. I highly recommend this book for everyone. You won't be disappointed.
