Glamour Photography Masterclasses 005 to 008: Step by step instructions including studio set-up photos

In this book you will learn STEP BY STEP how each picture was created and how you can do the same. Creating fantastic pictures of glamour and topless girls out of a small studio or in your home. It is full of "on the run" studio pictures as Holmes shows you how he sets up the backgrounds, the lights, takes the meter readings, and poses the models. Plus the finished shots to show you the quality you should be able to achieve. Including full information on frames that have been altered in PhotoShop and how and where to use each technique. These Masterclasses started out as part of the instruction on his web site www.Girlfiles.co.uk to help members use the minimum of equipment but still produce professional looking pictures. Nigel Holmes is famous for being able to create pictures out of next to nothing, or using home made equipment and inventive ideas. This book contains over 250 working and finished pictures and takes you all the way from a blank studio space to the finished pictures.

5Great pictures made easily accessible  Oct 03, 2009
By F. Knoph
This book is in many ways similar to the first in the series, but I do not regard this as negative. It shows you how to make great portraits in a limited time and on a normal budget. The set-ups are simple, and often involve only one light. The rest of the "studio equipment" is mainly things you will find at home, or will not cost much to buy. As an example, one set-up consists of a model placed on a sofa in a living room, and only one light is used. So simple that anyone can try! You will also find a lot of pictures from each shoot, and some behind the scene-shots too.

If you want to try taking portraits that stand out, you will find a lot of inspiration and handy tips in this book!
