First, I feel compelled to tell you the author of this book is my father, so feel free to read this review with whatever level of skepticism that knowledge may illicit. I accompanied my father Bill, my mother Pat and my brother Marvin on this incredible adventure. (Most of it anyway, there are parts of the book that take place before my brothers and sister and I were born). I am an avid reader, and I must say, it's rare to find a book that is so emotionally moving, not just because I lived it either. If you've ever read Bruchko, you'll love this book. If you do decide to purchase this book, have a good supply of tissues on hand and God Bless.
To this day, I find myself wondering how Gloria and all the rest of the tribe are doing.
