5Great book for kids to learn about nutrition!  Feb 05, 2009
By Kacey Sisco
This is a great book that is fun for kids to read and learn about nutrition. My kids liked the character Gobey and they now know a lot more about what types of foods are part of a healthy diet because of the simple acronym of GOBEFULL that helps them remember.

5I love Gobey  Apr 27, 2009
By Dean M. Pollock
My wife found this book on sale at Whole foods and we read it to our kids. Very cute, but accurate nutrional information aimed at ages 5-10. Our kids enjoy the book and even ask sensible nutrional questions (Why aren't jelly beans a fruit?). They laugh at the section on beans, and have tried to draw pictures of Gobey. I would recommend it to anyone with little kids who want some education in their kids' books.
