God, the Universe, & You! Second Edition: Can we understand God?

If believing in God, we were indoctrinated at an early age, influenced by believers, or received an enlightening message from God. Should and can science convert beliefs into facts? During bipolar highs or manic episodes, spiritual messages may become overwhelming. Manic minds are usually so disorganized that spiritual messages are not believed by others. The author has organized and analyzed his spiritual messages, with a religious study and simple physics approach, for over sixteen years. Science can help us reason about our religion. By integrating science, metaphysics, and Christianity, he has made amazing discoveries about the brain, mind, and God Briefly elevating moods to limits, using unique exercises and mind models, and then calming back down, has guided mental healing and spiritual discovery, for developing a confident, creative mind. Conflicting exercises briefly extend subconscious processes to limits promoting understanding and healing. Exercising muscles closest to the brain is most effective in releasing tensions from repressed memories, and has cured the author's bipolar disorder, and promoted spiritual communications. Modeling the brain and mind using physics is a new, creative way of initiating spiritual awareness. Interpreting the Bible and relating simple models of the mind to God develops an interesting perspective between man and God. Brief, controlled mania at limits has given the author glimpses of God and heaven. We learn about great artists by studying their art, and can learn about God by studying His Creation with an open mind. He is as available to us today as He was in traditional religious times. We can learn. The author's work has strengthened his beliefs in Jesus now integrated within God, completing the Holy Trinity.
