Not Just Another "Look At Me" Book Aug 19, 2009
By Gina Parris
"Peak Performance from the Inside Out"
My first impression of this book was that it might be another self-professed guru bragging about his accomplishments in order to enlarge his platform. However, immediately into the book, I found myself touched and inspired by the fears and hopes that the writer, Greg Sofio shares. In fact the title mostly comes from the day his wife came home and said, "Honey, I quit my job," as he describes the emotional and practical steps they took to prevail over adversity.
Mostly the book is a great read because beyond just the excellent writing, the story makes the reader feel that anything is possible, when we combine our passions and persistence along with the willingness to invest in ourselves.
This book focuses on how the Sofios found success through real-estate, but along the way it reveals the mindset required for any financial turnaround. After all, this story is not about a couple who made all their money in the real-estate boom, but rather how they have continued to prosper through a housing downturn.
No matter what industry you are in, the message in Honey, I Quit My Job, will inspire you to take deliberate steps towards your dreams, even through the difficult moments.

A New Perspective On Enjoying Life! Aug 01, 2009
By L. Gonzales Have you calculated exactly how many days, months, years until your next vacation from work? Or like me, have you calculated exactly how many days, months and years until you can retire? When I did that at work one day - it struck me - Do inmates do the same thing? I was counting the days until my "freedom" when I can truly begin my L.I.F.E. (Living In Full Enjoyment)
Greg does a great job helping readers understand that keeping your J-O-B is ok for some and for others following your passion will free you to having a great L.I.F.E.
Greg provides excellent examples of Real Estate deals he was able to make that set him on the path to L.I.F.E. Those examples are encouraging and gave me hope that with hard work pursuing dreams, investing and negotiating Real Estate deals, my family can begin L.I.F.E. Greg's book is an easy read and if you are thinking about buying you should. It could be the bit of inspiration you need to change your situation. GREAT READ!

Put Life First May 26, 2009
By Jesse W. Deubel
"Representing People, Not Properties"
What a great book! For anybody who feels like their work sometimes takes priority over their life, this book is a must. Until recently, the job I had was pretty good. It payed well, and was even quite fun. Unfortunately, it required long hours, often seven days a week. I could rarely enjoy doing the things I loved. More concerning, I could rarely spend quality time with the people I loved. I found that my job had begun to define my life instead of vice versa. With Greg Sofio giving me the additional encouragment I needed, my life comes before my job. I still work extremely hard, and I still work a lot, but now it's on my terms. Thanks Greg!

Greg and Patty do an amazing job of breaking down the corporate veil of why anyone would ever want to work for someone else.
