There are many good books about writing humor and comedy offered by Amazon. This is not one of them. It contains very little if any original material about the craft. Of the 169 pages of copy, over 20% is devoted to photos or cartoons without relevant (if any)captions.

The many jokes it contains are not a redeeming factor. Most of them are quite stale. Another annoyance was the large type with wide open spaces that gave me the feeling the author was just trying to fill up space rather than present solid instruction material.

The author offers a money back guarantee, but I didn't feel it was worth the postage to return it.
