A MUST READ! Nov 03, 2009
Michael F. Andrew's book is a MUST READ for all business professionals. I have read numerous business books over the years and this is at the TOP of the list. I will continue to recommend and share this book with others.
This read was fresh, energizing, inspiring, and wise. It is Mr. Andrew's strong business acumen coupled with a keen understanding of human dynamics that culminate in a masterfully written book that brings us back to what really matters and how important it is to do it right.
He weaves in stories and anecdotes that engage us while delivering the key business concepts that can drive performance and results to create value.

This is a very easy and understandable book to read. Instead of having to search, research and read many books on this topic, Michael Andrew's book has provided information on valuable skills and insights a leader needs to have and know, and it can all be found in this one book.
This is a valuable book and I still use it as a reference to constantly remind myself to practice these leadership qualities.
I am eager to read more about Michael Andrew's insights on the topic of leadership. I hope he will write another book on it.

Having read many, many leaderships books and journals during the course of my academic tenure and professional career, I can say that this one hit all the important topics. Not only did Mr. Andrew address those topics in a thoughtful and succinct manner, but, in addition, he covered some topics that are rarely included in most management books: managing your boss and networking (which he calls "know-who.") As an executive consultant and coach, I can attest that these two areas are often the demise of otherwise successful executives. Well done, Mr. Andrew.

HOw to THINK LIKE A CEO and act like a LEADER...this is a great boook that I found very easy to read and one I could not put down...The Author uses a ton quotes from very succesful people...After reading for the second time I passed it off to one of my employees...with Highlighted areas that I found we can apply at our T-SHIRT DESIGN company...and we both agreed that this book is for anyone who wants success....not just CEO-s but managers and future stars of the company...
ps Please add me to your mailing list....I would (my company) like to purchase your next book...WHAT IS IT...???and when will it be out...Please do not change your style....IT WORKS for us BASIC type CEO's
