Rip Roaring Read! Nov 24, 2009
By Marie in Panama Pick up Cindy's Hubba Hubba and you are instantly enthralled. Who among us has not wanted at some point in life to chuck it all and escape to an island paradise??? This is a rip roaring, really funny look at the challenges of island living when paradise is not quite as you imagined it. You'll laugh. You'll love it!
A warm fuzzy delight! Oct 09, 2008
By Robin S. Boros From page one, Cindy Cody's hilarious characters grab you and don't let go. This is THE island you want to leave home for.I laughed out loud more times than I could count at all the zany antics. At the end I felt as if I'd just had the best meal of my life!
Hold on to your piña colada and fasten your seatbelt! Dec 19, 2007
By EURO-DIVA I brought this book along on a work trip and in spite of the grey winter weather outside, reading about such a sunny, light-humored Caribbean adventure certainly brightened and warmed me in my hotel room. There wasn't a stagnant moment in the whole book! I also love it that the chapters were short.
It also gives true insight on the highs (relaxation and sun) and lows (red tape) of moving to another culture - and to a Latin culture at that. Ín spite of that, it's a feel-good novel. Just what the doctor ordered - Hubba Hubba rehab!

"Hubba Hubba" - don't leave home without it! Nov 21, 2007
By Susan Garcia Once I started reading "Hubba Hubba" I couldn't put it down til I was gone. If you've ever fantasized about international adventure or maybe even chucking it all and moving to a tropical island, its a must read. If you liked "Don't Stop the Carnival," you'll love this one!

Read this book before you chuck it all and move to the Caribbean! You'll still move, but at least you'll know what you're in for. Cindy Cody's book is a delightful meditation on the pains and pleasures of living in paradise. Well-researched,fast-paced and highly entertaining, this is a read you won't soon forget.
