5Really good advice  Nov 18, 2009
By Cathy Nobil
The book offers great practical advice on how to make small changes that are workable and helpful in every day life.
I think I can manage to implement them into my life without feeling like I have to completely change who I am and how I live!
It will be great for people who are trying to live a healthier lifestyle but aren't certain how to make the first moves.

5I Feel Good 10 Easy Steps to Better Health  Jan 08, 2010
By SRC "Life Journeyer"
I Feel Good, 10 Easy Steps to Better Health is like a hand book for me. I was captured by the book title, 10 Easy steps. Initially I was suspect, what improvements could I make in how I felt in just 10 steps. As I read the book and followed the practical suggestions, I realized it is true. The authors offer a great overview of living life in a healthy way. Suggestions are clear and concise and manageable. Each recipe is simple and does not require a million ingredients that I will never use again. The recipes are tasty and I feel good when I eat them, because they are fresh. I love the chapter on increasing your color palette when you eat. It is so easy to walk into the produce section and just find a variety of colors of fruits and vegetables. I even found myself buying collard greens. I cooked them in some oil and garlic, added them to a chicken soup I had made and they were delicious. I just felt good introducing a new food into my diet. It simply made me feel better.

I recommend this book to people who want to feel good, I assume that is everyone. It is easy to read and follow along. The authors encourage the reader to try one simple step at a time. I started with step 5 and then jumped around taking the suggestions that I could put into practice in the moment. I appreciate the flexibility of finding the steps that work for me. Yes, a breath of fresh air from many of the health books I have read. It is great to know that feeling good can be made easy!

5Tasty Healthy Food!  Feb 02, 2010
By Tatia Tudbaugh "Tea Fancier"
I gifted my daughter with this book. I'm a fan of Deb McClure-Smith and attend many of her health food cooking classes through Oasis. She has me eating (but not cooking as yet), all kinds of things I never thought would pass my lips - much less really like them. My daughter gave the book great reviews.

5Must Have This Book!  Dec 15, 2009
By Louise C. Silver "Loves to Cook"
I bought this book thinking, if someone can present a healthy lifestyle and help my whole family stay well in just 10 steps, why not buy it.. most self-help books are way more costly, thick and difficult to follow. This book is easy to read and understand. It offers some very fun recipes that I've tried and found my whole family enjoying, especially the "sweets". Now I know they are eating healthy, nutritious sweets and still considering it a tasty dessert! I love cooking without white sugar and this book has explained the different sweeteners and how to use them in recipes. I personally love the Edamame Hummus!
I have given a copy of this book to my pediatrician, other physicians, my physical therapist, my sister and have a copy to give my college age daughter. Everyone needs to have a copy of this book in their house, their office, their classroom. Give a copy of this book to someone that you love - it'll make you feel good knowing you are sharing 10 easy steps and great recipes to better health!
