Very Informative & Easy To Read book Oct 22, 2009 I found this book to be most helpful with discussing the causes, treatments, and the future of IBS. It is easy to read and I really liked the question and answer format because I asked alot of those same questions myself. This book has definitely helped me to understand more about IBS and ways that I can deal with it. WORTH THE READ!!
An Excellent Read! Feb 04, 2009 Dr. Ashkan Farhadi's book is a must read for anyone diagnosed with IBS and anyone who is interesed in gastroenterology. It is a very comprehensive and appropriately detailed discussion on IBS. It successfully addresses a wide variety of concerns and questions patients with IBS will have. The book's question and answer format makes for an enjoyable read. An excellent book.
Very helpful and informative Oct 31, 2008 This book contained a tremendous amount of useful information for me. I enjoyed reading each part of it and did not put it down until I finished it. I have a very good GI doctor that I trust. But, I could never imagine, I could have got that much accurate and scientific information in a very simple format even in 10 or more visit to my doctor's office. Thanks a lot for putting together this helpful guide.

What? That's it? Aug 31, 2008 This book didn't teach me anything I didn't already know. My doctor told me everything that was in this book the first day I saw him. I would not recommend this book.

Very helpful book May 08, 2008 I have been struggling with digestive issues for about six years now. I've been to a number of different doctors as well as tried many different treatments. I believe that this book has an excellent analysis of IBS, using a much broader spectrum to encompass many different digestive disorders. It is written very well, sticking to the facts and making medical jargon understandable. I think that anyone trying to deal with digestive issues would benefit from reading this book. It gave me a whole new way to look at my problems and lots of new avenues to pursue with regard to maintaining a healthy, happy stomach.
