In Good Taste?: A neurotic feast of self-mockery and ridicule

The Black Bishop follows the lives of two Southern friends - one white, one black - through the pre-war years of slavery through the War Between the States and its aftermath. One finds sucess and happiness in business and family, the other dedicates his life to God and becomes the first black Bishop.
