I have the priviledge of knowing and living in the same community as the author John Haines and his beautiful wife Lucia.
His book reflects the nature of the man himself; honest,funny,adventurous and humble.
The values and way of life that is distinguished by simplicity and spirituality are integrated into John's way of living his life.
Both he and Lucia are forever available to the community,giving love peace and knowledge to all who seek.
The book which I read with so much enjoyment is an inspiration to all.

This book is a fascinating read. As John talks of his own travels in search of what it means to live a simple existence I couldn't help but start thinking of how I could simplify my own life too. I came away inspired in so many ways. It reminded me of the importance of staying in the 'now' moment and how by being in the 'now' you allow magic to happen. I can't wait for the sequel!

John's book is a must read for those of us burning through the years as if they were days. You know the feeling. Besides reading his book, I had the pleasure of speaking with John and his message has changed the way I enjoy my time. I am definitely simplifying my life.
