Excellent Book Mar 31, 2007
This was a great book and was well written, easy for children to follow. I originally bought the book to read to my children, but as is my custom, I read it first. It has been a long time since a book has grabbed my attention from the beggining and kept it throughout the book. It has a good message and lets your imagination wonder to the fantasy world. I would recommend the book to anyone with children. Good, wholesome and entertaining.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable book. I was surprised at how quickly the story moved along. It felt as though I also became immersed in Cedar Creek and entered a whole new world. The story continued to pull at me and I did not want to put it down. INTRUDERS is a book that can be read on many levels, and will appeal to readers of all ages. I sincerely hope the author will write a sequel to this work. These characters have become real to me, and I am eager to know what happens next.

I started reading this book to my children and was hooked myself. I couldn't put it down. From the beginnging there is action, emotion and excitement. Someone once said that the sign of a great story is one that elicits laughter and tears and leaves the reader wanting more. This book accomplishes all of that and more. It's an excellent kids' book, but I encourage all adults to read it also. You will finish the book quickly, but the story will stay with you forever.

"Intruders" is one of the best books I have read in years, and I would reccommend it to anyone.
I recently had the opportunity to read "Intruders", and I was delighted.
It far exceeded my expectations, and appeals to all audiences. Children will enjoy the action-packed plot, while adolescents and adults will see a deeper meaning in the story. It is an easy yet enjoyable read, which keeps the reader engaged in the story and a part of the action.
I found that as I read, I was drawn into the story so much that I found it difficult to put down. I often read late into the night just to be able to get to the next chapter. It was a page-turner from start to finish, and I loved that there was no break in the action. Many books these days, particularly books in the juvenille section, are bland and slow-moving and lack creativity, but "Intruders" breaks the mold of traditional storytelling and leaves the reader thirsting for more. I can't wait for future books by Jeff Gomm. I loved it!

I loved reading this book! It was really cool. I liked it because it was interesting and exciting and I couldn't wait to see what would happen next. I think everyone should read this!!!
