Send as a gift Aug 05, 2007
By Charlie Sitzes Although this book is written in layman terms, it should be in the hands of every marriage counselor, psychiatrist and clinical psychologist in the country.

Amazing Book, even more amazing Doctor. Sep 08, 2009
By Michael P This is an amazing book and an amazing Doctor. The book is worth more than money and its a gift at any price. People under normal stress could benefit, people under major stress that have developed physical symptoms even more. Don't keep going on the medical wild goose chase... read and understand what could be going on. Don't wait until the "balloon" pops. People often are misdiagnosed because of the physical symptoms that are created and no cause for them can be found. I have sent 5 copies of this book to friends and family. All psychiatrists, counselors, and other mental health professionals should take this approach to healing instead of pouring out the pill-of-the-week. Pills are tools, not cures and prescribed by the wrong doctor can be a disaster. I could write pages on this, but its better if you just give it a chance. While the book can help just about anyone, its aimed at people who have not gotten themselves in such a bad state that they are home-bound or severely disabled. For people at this stage, a psychiatrist who can prescribe the proper medication may be necessary in addition to therapy to make effective change.
