By Joan Dlightful tale that empasizes it's alright to be different. Especially loved by children who have pets in the household.

Excellent and thoughtful story Dec 03, 2008
By M. Dorfman This is a great story that highlights how one should celebrate one's differences but in a way that will appeal to all generations -- would make a great gift for expecting mothers and for young children -- a great stocking stuffer as well!

about "Jack's Tale" by Aunt Trudy Nov 05, 2008
By Addie What a nice "warm fuzzy" story for the little ones. And the adults will love it too as they read it to their young. Children will learn a little about these pets and the adults will learn as well, i.e., the need for family values and good parenting skills. Christmas is coming, so put this on your list for sure!
Jack's Tail Dec 24, 2008
By John McCarthy
"parent and child psychiatrist"
"Jack's Tale" by first time author, Aunt Trudy is a heartwarming readable story about Jack, an orphan kitty and his tail. This nicely illustrated book is a must read for parents and children of all ages especially toddlers and pre-schoolers coming to grips with who they are as persons. Ellie, the lovable adoptive mama pooch unhesitatingly raises Jack and nurtures him as one of her own pups knowing full well that he's a cat. Along the way, she helps Jack realize that although he can't make his tail wag like the pups can when they are happy, he can purr up a storm. Aunt Trudy cleverly connects Jack's story to the developmental issues most young children face when growing up.
