Jacob's Best Friend

Jacob's Best Friend is a fictional faith-based preschool book. Jacob the dragonfly the main character just moved into a new area and is having a hard time meeting friends. He prays to God for help. He gets a little impatient with God and yells at him. This story is about foregiveness, feeling lost, and the importance of communicating with God through prayer. It will teach children to be nice and kind to new people that move into their neighborhood. At the end of the book, Jacob talks to the children about what they read. There is also a seek and find section where the children are asked to find two trees with crosses on them. Learning can and should be fun!
