The purpose of this book is to describe how to analyze, approve, finance, and construct 10 times more luxurious and 10 times less costly cities so that each Citizen can use their Personal Digital Assistants (or Cell Phones and Computers) to take direct democratic control over all human, organizational, and technical resources needed by themselves, as individual entrepreneurs, to become (1) 50% Owners of their own Home (or 100-story Residential Skyscraper) and (2) 50% Owners of their own Business (or 20-story Mall of Stores and Industries) across the street.
