KidLead offers a foundation and incorporates amazing strategies to help develop leadership in our youth. It shows parents, church leaders, and teachers how to recognize those with leadership abilities and to encourage that development. Society tends to "squash" our young leaders by not giving enough value to their thoughts and ideas. KidLead will provide the tools to grow leaders and should be utilized by anyone who wants to make a difference in the lives of children.

Not only will you recognize kids who are gifted for leadership but now you will have the tools to encourage and grow them into the leaders they are intended to be. I believe people want to make a difference, especially in the lives of children and the skills taught in this book will show you how. This book will be life changing for those kids who's parents, teachers or coaches are equipped with this knowledge. I was so relieved to have happened upon this. I am a foster-adopt mom that has experienced first hand how easily the brightest of our youth can choose the wrong path. Leadership potential seems to be ignored when it is the "difficult" or "defiant" that has it. The book offers those dealing with the youth to catch them before it is too late and utilize the methods and the trainings to create more appropriate destinies. It is so exciting when you find something like this that teaches kids how important and crucial they can be at an age when they feel no one is paying attention. Alan Nelson has clearly paid attention and offers sound guidance for those of us with a passion for the youth of this world. Parents, teachers, counselors and anyone mentoring youth take a look at this and then take a look at your kids. See who can be a great leader.

This is an amazing book for all parents, educators and anyone working with kids. Raising a leader is a difficult job. This book brings to light ways that we can all help effectively develop the young leaders around us. The research makes sense and the suggestions of how to gently train through a LeadNow program are invaluable.
After reading the book you will be inspired to do your part to help develop the leaders of tomorrow today.
