5What an esteem booster! Now I know how he wore me down...  Dec 11, 2002
This book made me feel so much better about what is going on in my life. I could relate to the experiences written about and felt like it was my own life. Abusers know how to use tactics to make women scared and self doubt their decisions. I feel so much stronger now and know how to begin to dig my way out of this destructive relationship.
