This book is full of great tips. It shows you how to manage stress by making small changes in your behavior and your way of thinking in order to lead a more satisfying, happy and healthy life. I find it a very useful handbook and return to it for guidance every so often when I am stressed out.

I really like this book. It is full of ideas about how one can improve your life. I specially like the part about what you can do and what you cannot do about all nuisances in your life.

This little book has become a travel companion for many of my friends. If the world is shrinking, we need to be better to managing ourselves in it. As you would expect, I recommend to read it, but I'll go as far as recommending it as a Christmas gift.
