Lettuce Make You Laugh

Jill Lundberg is a 70 year old retired caterer, University of Michigan graduate, married fifty years, mother of three, grandmother of nine. In 1991, she and her daughter-in-law, Trudy, started Gourmet to Go, Party Planners, Inc., a catering company successfully serving the greater Orlando area, for sixteen years. The company retired in 2004, when Trudy and her family relocated to the Denver area. Jill, a silver life master, teaches bridge to the gifted classes, at Bear Lake Elementary School, Altamonte, Florida. Her young students have won Junior National Events and placed 9th overall in the Junior North American School bridge tournament. She is also an avid golfer, knitter and reader. Creating new recipes and wowing her family and friends with new and delicious tastes, still remains her passion.
