Lock Diable: French River-Boat Disaster

Floating in the Mediterranean, near Marseilles in the spring of 2009 a diary is discovered that describes the voyage and disasterous disappearance of a French river boat on its inaugural trip for executive travellers. This diary reveals a tale that evolves shortly after a time when, at the end of his term of office, President George W. Bush has granted full pardons to the important CEO's and CFO's convicted in the large U.S. corporation scandals that occurred during his administration. In contrast, the history and charm of the wine country along the French Saone and Rhone river valleys are woven throughout the book. A rapid conclusion is reached following a special Crew Show, on the last night aboard the ship, when those who have sold their soul to the devil are collected.
