5Enjoyed This Book With Lots of Takeaway Tips  Feb 07, 2010
By Dorothy L. Johnston
We think Jason did a great job with this book. His methods are inspringly simple, easy to understand and to implement into one's daily, personal situation. And, best of all, they are effective in helping to achieve weight loss and an overall better level of fitness. This applies to those who are just beginning to address their situation ranging to those who have been working on fitness for years. He has included tons of helpful suggestions for you to use to manage/improve your outcome. There are ideas on how to make better meals by reducing calories as well as how to burn more calories than you do currently. There are workout tips and suggestions ranging in their aim from the beginner to the very most practiced athlete. We found Jason's book easy to read, straightforward and very helpful. We totally recommend it. Jim and Dot J.

5Common Sense Approach  Jan 12, 2010
By John S
The book presents a very common sense approach to fitness and diet. Jason keeps it simple and easy to follow. I like his philosophy of not having to be good 100% of the time. Unless you are training for a triathlon this book is a great fitness guide. The good news for most of us is you don't have to be a fitness fanatic to stay in shape.
