5I recommend this book.  Aug 20, 2009
BLOGGER NEWS NETWORK really did offer an excellent review - so in depth for such a little book. One could say the price is high, but this book is worth it.

4Lose the Belly Fat...  May 11, 2009
Liked this little book a lot but did think it was a bit too expensive. I like her easy to read menus, ideas, etc. And it makes a lot of sense...

1Very little useful information. Nothing in here you don't already know. Save $ DON'T BUY  Apr 14, 2009
I have found pamphlets in my doctor's office dated from 20 years ago with more insight than this book. Everything in it is something that you read before, and even putting that info into one book doesn't make this worth it.

I am not sure why this book has such good reviews (suspecting friends and family of the author bumping it up). Seriously if you are looking for some insight go somewhere else.

Basically this book = waste of paper and waste of money.

4A reminder guide  Feb 27, 2009
This short book is a reminder of the portions of food to eat without using measuring equipment, ie, cup. I would recommend a pocket summary card to take with you when eating out.

5Great book  Jan 12, 2009
This simple book is just what I was looking for. It's not a diet but a useful and practical way to apply the common sense that I already know but don't do. Now I'm actually doing it. I have found nothing else out there that comes close to its usefulness. It's been worth every penny.
