The story just leaps off the pages into your heart. The characters are your sister, your brother, your friend. More importantly the characters are you. Your joys, your sorrows, your pain, your bliss- all exposed for the world to see. No other book has captured my heart in this way. You feel at one with the characters, like you've known them years. You watch them grow from adolescents and follow them well into adulthood. The author has a way of capturing real life in a unique and powerful way, then immortalizing it in print. With all of its twist and turns, ups and downs, this book is for anyone who has survived this roller coaster we call life.

Love and Consequences is the best book I ever read, period! The characters left me breathless as I went through every emotion imaginable. I cried, laughed and cheered. I was hurt when they hurt, I rejoiced when they rejoiced and I love that I could not guess what was going to happen next. The author is truly, truly talented and I can't wait for her next one. A fan for life!

Ms. Whitmore's book was one of the best I've read. I couldn't wait until work was over so that I could hurry home and finish it. This book made you feel all the emotions of the characters. I cried on portions of the book and laughed on others. Keep up the good work! Have to read your next one because this book was awesome. An absolute must for folks out there looking for a good book to read.
