Maelstrom Unfurled

Just short of his thirtieth birthday, unassuming salesman Tim Peterson is living a comfortable and satisfying life. A recent deal is about to pay off handsomely and his future is looking solvent. When Tim is the victim of what seems to be a random attack, everything changes. Manuel Ferdanine appears in the picture with an improbable story about Tim's biological parents, a vast fortune that is rightfully his, and the truth about the deaths of nearly everyone involved in his life. Should he believe Ferdanine's outrageous assertions? Lured by this stranger's convincing accounts, Tim soon finds himself embroiled in a controversy with his employer, Zylex, a small textile company. That controversy soon explodes into a national and then international conspiracy. There are clandestine flights to South America and China. Contacts and collaborators become the victims of suspicious deaths. Before Tim can find his footing, he is drawn into a maelstrom from which he may not survive.
