Outstanding Textbook and Resource Materials Mar 20, 2011
By Thomas R. Watson
"Dr. Thomas R. Watson"
Managing Employee Performance is outstanding. I've been involved in corporate training for over 20 years and have never seen such a thorough textbook that clearly teaches how to manage employees. In fact, I use the material in my leadership training seminars worldwide. There is also an online resource that accompanies the book which adds additional value to the material. Ancillary files available through the online resource will allow teachers and seminar leaders to develop a complete course or workshop around the text, and will save hundreds of hours of having to pull training resources together. Every kind of resource is available, including PPT, case studies, assignments, role plays, tests, and much more. This is a one of a kind textbook that provides the depth lacking in most management books today.
