Manual of the Core Value Workshop

Designed for family abusers or people on the path of becoming abusers, this innovative treatment uses compassion for self and loved ones as an incompatible response to the motivation to control and abuse. One of the most effective treatments in the world, its theoretical and empirical foundations, and research evaluation are presented in the director's book, Treating Attachment Abuse: A Compassionate Approach, published by Springer.

5Beyond mere "Anger Management"  Aug 27, 2009
By Glenda G W North
This is a manual that goes with a course that enables people to stop being angry. It's a book you write in, and then erase and write over. There are homework assignments that require you to think deeply about how anger affects you and your loved ones. Most importantly, it gives you the tools for a life change that will echo through all the generations of your family. I've seen those changes in many lives because of this course. I wish I could give this book 10 stars.

1not pleased  Jul 13, 2009
By Mary Henslee
The booklet (not book but booklet) that was completely over-priced, was in terrible condition with writing and ink marks throughout. Looked like a 2 year old got a hold of it.

For this price, I should have received a beautiful hardback.
