Excellent introduction to a non-reader of Proust (like myself).
If you want to know a little bit of one of the most importants books of the 20th century, this is the book to be read.
Excellent summary of the seven-volume Proust's masterpiece, with a good description of the characters and lots of information about the author, his life and his world.
However, if you already have some familiarity with "La Recherche"..., well, you'll need something more deeper into the analysis of the book.
Anyway, purchasing this introductory book, I'm sure you wont regreat.
Good reads to everyone and sorry abou my spelling mistakes.

excellent book if you don't have the patience to read all of his 7 volumes
