Memories of the Heart

Ginger Caldwell is a young woman who inadvertently witnesses a murder by a small group of men. In desperation to escape the men intent on eliminating her, she jumps from a bridge and is swept downriver. She is later found by Lillie LeSage and her father, Adam, and rushed to a nearby hospital. Adam is immediately protective of Ginger and vows to keep her safe. However, she wakes up with amnesia and he isn't sure how to protect her or from what. While she heals from her injuries, recovers her memory, and avoid the men hunting for her, they find themselves falling in love. The FBI gets involved when they determine that Ginger is the missing witness that they need in order to bring down a money laundering and drug ring. Danger stalks her and her friends as her memory returns. But, who gets to them first? Adam and the FBI, or a paid assassin?

4Pretty decent...  Aug 31, 2006
By Diy "Diyanne"
I like it and it was decent for a new author. Every now and then it dragged, but there were a couple of places that were like...'wow'.

5Amazing...  Jul 20, 2007
By Mad dog "Brian"
I really enjoyed this book. It was good for a new author, although some of the memory flashes confused me. Amazing.
