Amazing book for adopted child Feb 06, 2010

I bought this as a Christmas present for my niece who was adopted from China. Her name happens to be Mia, just like the child in the book. Her parents were amazed and reported that it seemed like the book had been written just for her! They enjoyed the story, too. This is an excellent picture book for a child who has been adopted internationally.
