Love may make the world go around but money can certainly make the journey more comfortable. Money and people's thoughts about it and their advice concerning it is what this book is all about. Money and so much more by Carl "Tuchy" Palmieri is a wonderful collection of quotations about money.
The quotes in this book come from many places -
The wisdom for the world "Money is a good servant but a bad master." -French proverb "Money is power." -Dutch proverb;
Biblical proverbs -"The love of money is the root of all evil." -1 Timothy 6:10 "There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your brothers and toward the poor and needy in your land." -Deuteronomy 15:11;
The famous "Pennies do not come from heaven. They have to be earned here on earth." -Margaret Thatcher;
The unknown "A cynic is a man who knows the price of everything, and the value of nothing." -Author unknown
and even Tuchy himself " Seed money planted in the right place will grow a money tree and bear fruit every day."
This is a collection of quotes that will make you think and if you listen to what they are saying it may make your wiser and richer.

This book is another great anthology of sayings put together by Tuchy Palmieri. It's all about money as expressed in quotations, sayings and thoughts of a multitude of people living and dead, known and anonymous and some by Tuchy himself.
Some sayings are obviously true "A debtor works for his money; a lender has his money work for him.
Some are joking: "A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find such a man."

Some are predictive: "A bar of iron costs $5; made into horseshoes its worth is $12; made into needles its worth is $3500; made into balance springs for watches, its worth is $300, 000. Your own value is determined also by what you are able to make of yourself."
And some make you think: "If you give a man a dollar and he gives you a dollar, neither is any richer, but if you give a man words of inspiration, and he gives you the same, then both are richer."
Every other page in the book provides you a place to write your own thoughts and ponder on the sayings of the previous pages. This can help you remember the wisdom and grow from it.
All in all this book collects words of wisdom about money from many sources and provides them for your learning enhancement.

"Mentor coach"
This is a collection of some famous quotes, some old sayings and some very practical advice about money.
It is a very quick read, if you just read all the quotes, proverbs and sayings. But that is not the way to truly gain the most value from this little book.
If you really want to get the most out of the book, then pick a quote, like this one, "Seed money is no different than any other seed; its germination is based on your putting it in the right place." Then write out what that quote means and how to apply it to your life.
On the left hand page of the book there are worksheets for, "What words and principles will I live by to ensure that I have wealth and abundance in all aspects of my life."
While this exercise is a great one, this would also be a great place to write out what certain quotes mean to you. Just reading a quote really have very little impact on a person's life. We need to internalize the message. One of the best ways is to write out your thoughts about each quote that speaks to you.
There are many, many great sayings about money in this collection. There are no essays about the quotes, but for this to be meaningful to you, it would be very helpful for you to write your own thoughts about the quotes.
It is also a treasure of words about money and wealth. If you are a writer or speaker, you will find this little volume handy to find just the right quote to make your essay or speech more impactful.

"Money And So Much More: The True Meaning of Wealth" by Carl Tuchy Palmieri is a book that should make you stop and think about money and what is really important in life and the different perspectives of money that exist. The book is a wonderful compilation of quotes, proverbs and sayings that relate to money from a host of different sources including the Bible, famous people and not so famous people. It includes sections for you to write down your thoughts about what you are reading as you find out the many different feelings of money that have existed over the years. A fun and enjoyable book that everyone should read.

I have always enjoyed reading Carl Tuchy Palmieri's books of quotes and sayings, and this one is no different. A fun book to read, it is filled with humor and sayings that will make you stop and think. Quotes, proverbs, sayings and stories fill the pages of the meaning of money to different people. The author includes areas for you to keep notes and write down your thoughts as you go along and hopefully put money in its rightful place in your life.
