In a time where people are sometimes afraid to show their faith, and when you start to wonder whether God is there at all, this collection of poems becomes a very good and refreshing read. Its a reminder that we can find God in all things, violent or peaceful. Its a reminder that we are privledged to be able to try and find him openly. Though honestly brutal on occasion, the book is a good read and the author's hanging dependance on the words she interprets gives us a good look at a bare soul finding meaning where meaning alludes many.
