By kittalan This is an extremely easy diet to follow.........no calorie counting, no carb counting, no portion control, just eat melons! After only the first day of eating melons, my craving for additional food disappeared, and I thoroughly enjoyed eating only melons and the recommended juices. Another good feature of this diet is that if you begin to gain weight after going off the diet, you only need to get back on it for a day or two.

By Sharon K What a fantastic diet! I love melons, so this diet was easy and realistic for me to try. I lost 7 pounds in the first week of the diet, which consisted of two days of regular food, which averaged out to be 1 pound a day. I thoroughly enjoyed this venture, because it was easy, no cooking special foods, counting points, etc. I have a finicky stomach with regular foods, but being on this diet, not only made my stomach feel good, it gave me more energy, as well as a better night's sleep. Although there is a lot of competition out there, this diet is wonderful and works fast! I plan on continuing the diet, perhaps 1 or 2 days a week, in addition to my regular diet.

By Southern Belle Great Book! Great Diet! I was very skeptical at first but decided to try is as all it took to get started was a couple of melons. It is very easy to follow and I am liking the rapid weight loss.

By Conner Lee My pants Don't Hurt Anymore was an awesome book. I bought it for the diet information, but the content was so funny that I actually read it twice just for the enjoyment of it.
Not only did I lose about 16 pounds in two weeks, but by following the guidelines it was easy to do. I felt like I had my personel weight loss coach with me the entire time I was losing weight. It was very obvious that the author didn't just write a book. You could tell from the first page that he went through all of the problems of being overweight and was delighted in being able to help others reach their weight loss goal.
