Fabulous and Vibrant! Aug 10, 2006

The New Easy Women book by Lynne and Deb, pictures by Jane, is full of energy, aliveness and a vibrancy for Life that new women definitely have. It's a fabulous piece of Art this book and I intend to give every woman on my Christmas list a copy. I browse through the pages thinking 'I am woman, watch me soar!'

The first things that strike me when I open this book are the powerful colors and images. Then, page by page the quiet wisdom of it unfolds leaving me thinking about it long after I put the book down. I go back to it again and again, each time discovering something new to ponder. It has become my new favorite book!

I rate this book with 5 stars because I think it's fabulous which you might imagine I would anyway as it's my drawings that illustrate it! However, the truth is I am amazed by how 'easy' it was to collaborate with Lynne and Deb and how 'easily' it all came together and even better than that how wonderful it looks and feels. I am proud to be a part of this co-creation and love its ability to raise the spirits and invoke transformation.

There are a few items that I love to have with me all the time and this is clearly one of them. I love what the book says and the multi-dimensions that you were able to incorporate. It reminds me of a unique piece of art with many profound yet simple messages. For women, it is key, I think it will become a required book for students to read when they choose women studies. It is so new, and yet reflects an ancient form also, through the pictures, and the words of wisdom. It is humorous and deep, you have it balanced perfectly...

Be reminded of your inner knowing and powerful choices available. Cleverly assembled by Deb Busser and Lynne Healy, New Easy Women is a unique blend of inspirational quotes and moving images of women.
When things feel too difficult, I ask myself how I could approach my current situation in an easier way. Flipping to a random page, the quote where I "land" typically guides me to a fresher perspective or a more powerful way to be.
Get this book and start evolving to an easier way.
