This book is a gut-wrenching tale of intrique. Anyone that reads this book will be inspired to make it in life, no matter what they are going through. Karlon has shared a story with her readers that anyone can relate to. Great book!

I enjoyed reading this book so much. It's one of those that you don't want to put down because you want to know what's going to happen next. Through reading this book, one sees how powerful love is and through courage lifes most difficult experiences can be overcome with a cherry on top. With our belief and trust in God - we can get through it all.

This fantastic first novel is about the struggle and perseverance of growing up in a disfunctional family. It is a subject that few of us are aware of but many children experience. It's a must read for everyone. It will make you want to call your parents and tell them you love them and wake the kids to give them a hug. I can't wait for the next book!!!!!
