No Excuses

Company A is a multi-million dollar medical supply company that operates in all fifty states. Currently, the company has a website that is available 24 hours a day, but is not user friendly and causes more trouble than it is worth. There is no change management plan in affect at Company A. Company A makes a decision to create, build, implement, and manage a plan to benefit its customer base of over 100,000 patients. As you will see during the book the company’s plan is detailed, organized, and drafted down to specifics. Company A believe that when dealing with a patients life then no stone must be left unturned, or in other words every angle must be examined before implementation.

5No Excuses! A Wake Up Call  Nov 24, 2007
By Ilianna I. Solis
Before reading Veen's "No Excuses", one may not consider the magnitude and impact upon a large group of individuals who are affected by tragic/emergency situations. The fact of the matter is, tragedies and emergencies DO occur, and we need to be prepared to provide for those in need.

In his book "No Excuses", Veen outlines and elaborates upon a plan that should be implemented within a company to ensure the quality of health and well being of individuals during a tragic/emergency event.

Throughout the book, Veen effectively provides the tools that such a company would use in initiating an action plan. The book flows from one idea into the next, never confusing the reader by explaining the importance of each job function as it pertains to the company's overall objective.

By the end of the book, one is positively enlightened that such a plan to help a large group of individuals is readily at hand if small efforts are taken. I would strongly recommend this book to any business or corporation who serves to provide for a group of individuals, big or small. The unexpected occurs, and a plan is needed for such events--there really are "no excuses" for that!

5A Companies Need To Know!  Apr 02, 2007
By Clarence Veen
After reading 'No Excuses'; it focused on preparing for an emergency and implementing a strategic plan of action in case of a tragedy.

The information in the book is a helpful tool to encourage, guide, and implement a strategic plan foe the employees. One of the goals is to be able to maintain the necessary and proper supplies to each of the customers at any given time. The emergency plan is part of a corporation production. It involves a network of employees. The book is very explicit of explaining how different departments work together tohelp create a plan of action in case of a tragedy. The Customers are the first priority.

I strongly recommend 'No Excuses' to all Business, large and small to read and incorporate a plan such as the one discussed in 'No Excuses'.
