No White Diet May 23, 2009
By Ruth Vanim Wow! Only 4 rules to follow and I started loosing weight. This author explains in easy to understand language what foods to eat and what foods to stay away from. Even has a list of all the fast food restaurants and the food you can eat at each one. His chapter on food labels was terrific, now I can go into a grocery store and purchase foods without fat and sugar. I was confused by some of the diet books like Southbeach and sugarbusters, they were to complicated. You will love this book. I am telling all my friends.

Impressed Buyer May 30, 2009
By S. C. Gostomski I just got the book last week. I emailed the author with some questions and he emailed me back that same day, even on a holiday! He answered my questions and even went beyond with encouragement. I fully started the diet Tuesday and by Friday had lost 3.5 lbs! I feel great and am excited about this new healthy eating.

By GayleG This book is easy to read and actually fun to read. The author uses humor to get his message across. Easy to follow and a healthy diet. I lost 6 lbs the first week I was on it.
No White Diet is Awesome Sep 11, 2010
By Lorrie Appleton I am pleased to have the opportunity to write a review for "No White Diet" by Paul Array. This is the first review I have ever written.
I have read a large variety of diet books, self help books, and books on compulsive eating. Also, I have tried almost every diet out there. "No White Diet" makes sense, it's easy to read, and it's educational. For the first time, I truly believe I can change my lifestyle which will allow me to extend my time with my family. What a precious gift.
The chapter on reading labels is exceptional. The author wrote the book in a conversational way which allowed me to finally understand what I was eating and how I could make different choices without feeling deprived.
After reading the book, I had a question. The author informs the reader of his email address so we can contact him. Paul answered my question the next day. How many authors do that? He truly cares and wants to support those readers who have invested in his book.
Don't give up taking care of yourself and your health until you have read Paul Array's book. You'll be so glad you did.
Considerably easier than I thought Nov 19, 2009

The book isn't that well written, and I still have questions, but I have been sticking to the diet 'rules' and have already lost a pant size and people are noticing that I've lost some weight already, and it's been less than a month.
