love love love this book. I almost always have it with me as a reference. Great presentation tips that can also be applied to every day social situations. Definitely a must-read for anyone who is the "people" business.

This is one of those books you must get and read. Once you read it you will read it again and again and again. You will learn every time you read it and you will laugh every time you read it. She writes to everyone in an easy to understand format that is very unique. You will laugh at the things you think are common sense and you will laugh at the things that should be common sense. The graphics are precious! An easy read and a great price for corporate gift giving. I'm giving all my clients and employees one for Christmas!
