Ophelia's Fate

First was Fiona Magee, a housewife with two young children. Then was Steph Longley, a middle-aged divorcee with no children; then it was Alf Dobson, a grandfather. All had been murdered by the same method and their bodies deposited in a water-filled bathtub of their homes. What could they have had in common?
