Oswald Mouse finds Adventure and Friendship Jan 15, 2010
By B. Taylor
"seattle dad"
Oswald the Malihini Mouse in Hawaii is the engaging story of a young mouse leaving home in search of adventure and a future. He finds both on his way to Hawaii, and new friends as well! The detail and colors in the illustrations of a mice sleeping in a sardine tin, riding a cable car, hiding from rats, surfing, and dancing the hula enliven the text. The youngest readers will be perfectly satisfied following the pictures; older readers will enjoy a short story with the structure of a novel. Growing up is difficult, but Oswald did it, and is on track to live happily ever after. The young audience will expect the same, and hope for a sequel!

Hawaii welcomes Oswald with loud cheers Nov 15, 2009
By Adventurer A new and fresh voice has made itself heard in the field of children's literature. Olga Jeffery has written an enchanting tale that will amuse, enlighten and delight young readers. Modern and up to date features have been added to a classical tale of an adventurous little mouse. It is required reading for young children in Hawaii, but at the same time all American children will gain from learning amusing details about life in the Fiftieth State. Charming and delightful.
