Nourishment for those craving cutting-edge answers to recovering from autism Oct 29, 2009
By Gypsie Marsh Daniel Faiella's book "Out of the Darkness" is a must read for those seeking the latest treatments for autism. As a grandmother of a child with autism, I thought I had researched every treatment out there, I was wrong.
Daniel not only gives us new and innovative therapies, but those he has implemented for his own son, Matthew, and with great success. He left no stone unturned in his quest to recover his son, and he takes us along on this amazing journey. I couldn't lay it down.
Not too often do you find a book that is both heartwarming and informative. Kudos to Daniel, Ruth and especially Matthew for being pioneers in the world of autism. They provide hope where little can be found.

Inspiration! Oct 24, 2009
By JGC From the beginning of the story, you realize any other family would surely have crumbled under the stress the Faiellas endured. Any other family might consider the situation to be hopeless. But Daniel, Ruth, and Matthew persevered. I think for me this book is a practice in faith - the message is that no situation or life should ever be hopeless, there is ~always~ hope, even in the darkest of times.
Besides a page-turning story, Daniel discusses the various treatments he has used to bring his son Matthew back from the grips of autism. The information is presented in such a way that is easy to understand, not an easy task when one is discussing adult stem cells, HBOT, silver, gold, and CES/PEMF.
Daniel Faiella is a pioneer. He is the epitome of determination. Ruth Faiella is faith, and she is strength. And Matthew, adorable Matthew, he is hope. And we could all use a little more hope.
Get the book. Read the book. You won't regret it.

Heartfelt story of Faiella family's fight for Autistic son Jul 15, 2010
By ibebecca It is obvious from reading this book how much Daniel Faiella loves his family. You will laugh and you will cry along with the Faiella's as you read this book. You will become angry with how the Faiella's are given the run around and told that there is no hope for their son. This book is a must have for any family who is willing to fight with every breath for their child. Daniel and Ruth Faiella never give up on giving their son a better and more fulfilling life. I recommend that anyone who loves someone with Autism buy and read this book. Then use it as a guide!

Their story is one of inspiration and love Jan 19, 2010

I am so very proud of Daniel, Ruth and Matthew. Their story is one of inspiration and love. This is a loving family and I am so glad to have the chance to call them friends.
This is not another fiction story or another autobiography made in Hollywood. It is a story about real life with autism written by real people who were not born with a golden spoon and who had the courage to share their unique story to the world.
