Valuable OD Workbook Mar 27, 2008

I found this book to be extremely helpful as an Organization Development handbook for working with groups in organizations. This handbook contains a well-organized program that is easy to follow and contains plenty of forms, assessments and exercises. The book has a solid foundation in organizational and change theories. However, I docked it one star because I could not figure out how it was based on motivational interviewing. There is nothing in this book that cannot be derived from other organization development theories. It is also unlikely that you will get paradigm shifts, but this book should assist you in working with groups in organizations. Overall, it is well worth the money.
